What is your cancellation policy?

Twenty-four hours notice is required for all cancellations.

New clients are required to submit a credit card number at time of booking.

If any client fails to arrive on-time or give advanced cancellation notice, they will be charged 100% of their anticipated service price.

Gift certificates and vouchers may be submitted in lieu of a credit card number and 100% of the anticipated service charge will be deducted in case of a late or skipped appointment.
Can I schedule a spa party?
Absolutely! We'll close the spa for your private party and treat your guests to a relaxing facial, massage or other spa service.
Then, allow us to cater your event with fresh breakfast muffins or a lunchtime buffet menu.
Also, be sure to leave time afterwards to try on the unique jewelry in our boutique!
Which facial is best for me?
Your aesthetician can determine which facial is best for you based on your skin care goals and needs.
We recommend reserving your appointment time to allow your aesthetician to determine which facial you need.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
For best results, try to exfoliate your skin prior to your appointment and do not apply creams, oils or balms that might interefere with the tanning solution.
Also, be sure to wear loose-fitting, dark clothing to your appointment, as there is a slight chance of transferrence following the treatment.
We will provide disposable bras and thongs at your request.
Any aftercare instructions?
The tanning solution will continue to gradually darken your skin for 24 hours after your session. If possible, avoid bathing or showering for the 8 to 12 hours to ensure maximum exposure.
Is it safe for my sensitive teeth/gums?
Since our system does not use bleach or harsh "whitening" solutions, we have safely used it on clients with sensitive teeth, gums, bridges and other oral conditions.
How does the system work?
Our Spa White Teeth Whitening system is excellent for removing natural stains like red wine and coffee.
It's a simple, 15-minute treatment that uses a flexible mouth tray to apply the solution to your teeth.
Any aftercare instructions?
Since your teeth will be more porous than normal for about 24 hours after your treatment, avoid eating or drinking anything that would stain a white shirt.

What are NovaLash Extensions?

How long do they last?
With proper care, NovaLash extensions can last up to two months.
Since your lashes are constantly growing and shedding, most of our clients return for fills every two to three weeks to replace lashes that have naturally fallen off.

According to the manufacturer, our airbrush tanning solution is preservative- and paraben-free, and completely safe for use by pregnant clients.

What is the difference between waxing and sugaring?
Quite a bit actually!
Waxing products for legs, faces and bodies adhere to skin cells…
This is one of the major differences between sugaring and waxing legs and other more sensitive areas. Wax products are made of resins which adhere to skin cells on legs and bodies. Because wax sticks to any surface it is applied to, pulling it away causes unwarranted discomfort.
Sugaring products never adhere to live skin cells on bodies, faces, or legs. Therefore, when it is removed, it only gently exfoliates dead skin cells, leaving behind freshened skin on legs, bodies, and faces. Because sugaring paste is all natural and water soluble, it can be easily rinsed away.
Waxing faces, legs or other areas pulls hair against its natural direction of growth…
When waxing legs and bodies, hair is removed against the natural direction of growth causing undue levels of pain. With sugaring, hair is removed in the natural direction of the hair growth. Additionally, the natural salycilic acid content of sugar paste seeps into the hair follicle which helps to lubricate and dissolve the hair root, making it less sensitive to remove.
Sugaring Paste is all natural, extremely sanitary, and eco-friendly. There is never double-dipping and sugar does not require muslin strips, as does traditional wax. It is removed from the jar with a clean latex glove with each.In fact, the only ingredients are pure sugar, water and lemon. That’s it. It’s even edible and delicious, and it’s a wonderful treatment for the skin.

How long does sugaring last?
The amount of time for re-growth of hair has significantly more to do with the stage of growth the hair is in, vs. the removal process itself. Our experience with sugaring vs. waxing is that over time, there is significantly less growth if done on a regular basis. Optimally the goal, (which is the same with waxing) is to get the hair in the Anagen, or beginning stage of hair growth, as it has to go through an entire cycle before re-growth is visible.
There are 3 stages of hair growth, Anagen, Catagen and Telogen. Each stage lasts about a week and 1/2, which is a total of about 4 and 1/2 to 5 weeks for the entire growth cycle. Where you are during the growth cycle will determine the amount of time you will see re-growth after being sugared or waxed. For example, if you are sugared and your hair is in the anagen "baby" stage, then you will have to go through the catagen and telogen cycles before seeing re-growth, which will give you the longest period without re-growth, approximately 3-4 weeks. Should you come in and are in the telogen stage of hair growth, you will start to see re-growth in about 1-2 weeks. 70% of our hair is on the same growth cycle (ie 70% may be in anagen and the other 30 will be in catagen and telogen), which is why we have contant hair growth. If every hair was on the same cycle, we would be bald every 4 to 5 weeks as the hairs shed at the end of the teleogen stage. You technician will be able to tell you what stage of growth your hair is in, which will also determine how soon you will need to come back. We offer a complimentary touch up in 7-10 days out because, upon first visit, we will not know beforehand which stage of growth your hair is in. Going forward it will be more predictable until you are on a regular cycle of being sugared or waxed in the Anagen stage.
