Multi-Body Release Therapy Session with Kari only: $235 Session with Terri and Kari $375
This technique is a advanced bodywork therapy that works with the body in severl unique ways. Two hours is required for a session with an adult. Children can often have shorter sessions. This system of bodywork is gentle, balanced and is done while lying on a treatment table to; with only comfortable clothing . This therapy works with the nervous system, to help eliminate nervous tension/energies, as well as to release negative feelings, emotions such as sadness, anger, fear, irritability and insecurities. It can also help with mood swings from hormonal imbalances. The work stimulates the natural flow of acetychloine and sympathin fluids; essential for proper nerve function, and works to bring in balancing positive energies. Important aspects is the elimination of what we refer to as "blocks" that had been stored in the physical body or cellular memory of past pain, injury or trauma experienced. This would include anything negative that has imprinted in your system since your birth during your time in hte womb or from negative past life experiences. Since the founder of this therapies research showed that a person can store negative information on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual; this therapy's uniaue quality was developed to be able to access all of these levels in working with an individual. Shiatsu is a journey into the realm of eastern medicine and its approach to maintaining the health of the body. In this bodywork system, which originated in Japan, you are encouraged to relax by your practitioner applying pressure to specific vital acupressure points and/or meridians (life energy pathways found in eastern medicine.) The meridians have a balancing effect on all of the organ systems. The effect of holding points or manipulating the meridians also acts as a releasing effect on all the surrounding tissue. In a unique sense this treatment is detoxifying, relaxing and ultimately energizing.

Use of the water element in a pool to allow for more relaxation and release of chronic tension patterns. Custom created for the individual, it can incorporate techniques of stretching, massage, acupressure, flotation and craniosacral therapy.
